THE ROSEBUD STALKER
The more ‘victims’ Kate interviews, the more she discovers that this stalker has actually helped these women in a sick, twisted, sort of way. This creep is taking full advantage of a woman who thought that she would never experience sex or love again. Two are widows in their sixties, one escaped an abusive marriage, and one is a single, middle aged woman who takes care of everyone, except herself. These women now know that they can still look sexy at any age; they can still have sex; they can feel whole again.
Kate’s own sexual tension is about to shift into overload thanks to her best friend Jeff. He wants to be more than just friends. Can she avoid the hot, steamy passion that she secretly feels for him, or will she give in to her desires?
As Kate draws closer to discovering the truth behind the stalking, she begins to receive letters telling her that she has a stalker of her own. Can her friend and boss, Fran, help her hold it together long enough to solve what sick, twisted game is being played here? With little help from the police department, can Kate discover the identity of this stalker before he takes it one step too far and someone pays the ultimate price?
